How early must I make a booking?
As early as possible, please. But do confirm bookings at least one day in advance.
How do I make a booking?
Call our hotline at Tel:6753 0506 or Fax: 6753 7976 during office hours (9.00am to 6.00pm - Mondays to Fridays). You can also make a booking through our website at www.bushub.com.sg
When do I make payment?
Payment for local charters have to be made in cash before the start of the service. Payment for trips to Malaysia have to be made at least one week in advance.
What if I need to make changes/cancel my booking?
Please call our hotline at 6753 0506 during office hours, and there will be a charge for late cancellation.
Whom do I contact on the charter date?
We will provide information about our bus and driver’s contact numbers 1 day before the charter date. You may call our hotline for further assistance.
What if I need to extend the booking hours during the service?
Please call our hotline at 6753 0506 during office hours. Beyond office hours, our drivers will contact the operations personnel to confirm extensions, and there will be an additional pro-rated charge for any extension beyond half an hour.
